Hi, I’m sol figueroa!
I’m a professional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, NASM Personal trainer and Bariatric counselor. I’m passionate about health, fitness and all things food!
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Keiser University and I’ve always had a deep love for helping people feel better in their bodies. I started out working at a Diabetes Center, where I supported patients dealing with everything from obesity and diabetes to bariatric surgery and cancer.
My passion for movement and health led me to become a certified NASM personal trainer in 2022, and later that same year, I became a certified Bariatric Counselor—something that’s really close to my heart because I care deeply about supporting the bariatric community. Then in 2023, I made a big leap: I stepped away from the hospital setting and started my own private practice.
I’m also a mom to two amazing daughters and a proud wife. I genuinely love spending quality time with my family, cooking up something good in the kitchen, staying active, and catching up with friends. I’m of Mexican and Puerto Rican descent, and my cultural background definitely influences my love for traditional cooking—and for sharing those meals and stories with others.
my approach
My mission is to help people build a better relationship with their bodies by focusing on nourishing food, joyful movement, and self-trust. I offer virtual services—meal guides, workout routines, and nutrition counseling—all designed to meet you right where you are, in the comfort of your own home.
