Telehealth simply means video and audio nutrition counseling approved by most insurances. It can be done anywhere* and you don’t have to drive to see an RD!
*Anywhere but the car. I will not schedule or continue any call where a client appears to be or sounds like they are driving.

For clients who work with me under their insurance, you get access to a HIPPA-compliant patient portal called Practice Better, where you’ll have access to your virtual appointments, documents and resources, food and lifestyle trackers, and direct messaging with me. We communicate through video, digital forms or phone for appointments and accountability.
For non-insured fitness and nutrition coaching, you get access to the Trainerize app, where you can track macros, note progress and see your workout program. The Trainerize app can also seamlessly integrate with Apple or Garmin smart watches, Fitbits, as well as Apple Health and MyFitnessPal, for easy tracking. -
